Working with partners and referrers
Ever more Work Horizons members are being introduced by their trusted advisers, either as individuals or through corporate membership (corporate career development or outplacement packages).
When we were creating Work Horizons we worked with career experts, business advisers and other professionals to gather their feedback and help shape the content. As a result, we have a growing community of partners and referrers, whose clients are welcomed to evaluate and if appropriate join the Work Horizons community.
We run occasional webinars for coaches and HR professionals who want to explore whether Work Horizons might be a good fit for their business and clients. We also have a podcast which brings together the key messages from the webinars in a 20-minute discussion.

Who joins Work Horizons
Our members come from many different walks of life, but have one thing in common: they are ready to take control of their work situation; to find a job that is rewarding and meaningful and that gives them a sense of purpose.
They are sufficiently self-motivated to act on what they see, hear and read here. They are prepared to complete the exercises and tasks that are suggested. While Work Horizons membership may not be expensive, our members are the kind of people who recognise the need to invest in their career – not least in time and effort.
If you haven’t already done so, you can read more about Work Horizons or see a preview of members’ resources.
Referral programme
If you would like to introduce a client or colleague to Work Horizons, you may simply direct them to this website ( https://app.workhorizons.com ).
Or if you prefer, we have a more formal referral programme which gives you proper recognition for the business which you refer to us. Depending on the requirements of your professional bodies we can offer worthwhile finders fees or make other arrangements that extend further benefits to your clients.
