Malcolm coaches busy professional clients to provide them with a sustainable framework that causes the least disruption to their lifestyle but enables them to lose weight, improve their energy levels, sleep better, and feel younger. Malcolm self-educated himself through his own journey to health while working in a corporate environment and dealing with the responsibilities of a young family. These experiences of the challenges to achieving health and vitality inspired him to help others who want to take control of their health.
Malcolm trained as a health coach so that he is able to use the most robust research in nutrition, movement and lifestyle to help his clients improve their health through small, gradual changes without getting in the way of their enjoyment of life. His coaching equips his clients with the knowledge and strategies to be in control of their health for life, not just for the duration of a coaching programme, ending the cycle of ‘yo-yo’ dieting or unsustainable exercise programmes.
Malcolm coaches both in person and remotely to fit in with his client’s requirements and lifestyle and is also happy to deliver small group coaching sessions or workshops.
